House lockout
Locked out of the house, condo or apartment. Opened without damage, any hour Sunday to Friday.
Lock change
New deadbolts and knob sets installed on doors that need them, keyed alike so one key does the whole house.
Rekeying
Keep the hardware, change the pins, get new keys. The right move after a move, a lost key or a roommate change.
High-security locks
Pick-resistant, bump-resistant deadbolts and restricted keys that cannot be copied without authorisation.
Broken key extraction
The snapped piece comes out of the lock, the cylinder is checked, and a new key is cut on the spot.
Lock repair
Sticking, seized or misaligned locks on doors and windows, fixed rather than replaced when that is the honest answer.
How it goes
Call, estimate, one visit
Describe the door and the problem, hear the estimate, and the technician arrives with the hardware and the key blanks for that job. Rekeys and changes are finished in the same visit and you leave with the number of keys you asked for.

Home lock questions
Should I rekey or change the locks after moving in?
If the hardware is in good shape, rekeying gives you new keys and makes every old copy useless for less than new locks. If the locks are worn or low grade, changing them is the better spend. We tell you which on site.
Can you open my door without damaging it?
Yes. Home lockouts are opened with entry tools, not force. If a lock has to be drilled because it failed internally, we say so first and replace it in the same visit.
Do you install high-security locks?
Yes. Pick- and bump-resistant deadbolts and restricted keyways that cannot be copied at a hardware store are a regular part of our residential work.
Do you work in condos and apartments?
Yes, across Toronto. Bring your ID so we can confirm the unit is yours before opening it.
