Commercial work
What we do for businesses
Lock installation & repair
Commercial-grade deadbolts, mortise locks and lever sets on wood, steel and storefront doors.
Master key systems
One key for the owner, individual keys for staff and tenants, planned so it can grow with the building.
Restricted keys
Keyways that cannot be duplicated at a hardware store, so key control actually means something.
Emergency openings
Locked out of the shop, lost master key, lock damaged overnight: opened and secured, Sunday to Friday around the clock.
Rekeying after turnover
Staff change, tenant change, lost keys: every affected door rekeyed the same day.
Door hardware
Panic bars, closers and deadlatches that fail or drag, repaired or replaced so the door locks the way the insurance expects.

Business questions
Can you set up one key for the whole building?
Yes. A master key system gives the owner one key for every door while each tenant or staff member keeps a key that opens only theirs.
Do you work on storefront and aluminium doors?
Yes. Mortise locks, deadlatches, panic hardware and closers on glass and aluminium storefront doors are regular commercial jobs for us.
A staff member left with keys. What now?
Rekey the affected doors the same day. With a restricted keyway the old keys could not have been copied in the first place, which is why we recommend one for businesses.
Can you come outside business hours?
Sunday to Friday, 24 hours. Closed Saturday. Many commercial jobs are done early morning or after closing so the shop never has to shut.
